Potentially this is the instrument reported on in news article about the repairs at St. Paul's ME Church in Wilmington:
'The repairs in progress on St. Paul's M. E Church, Wilmington, Del., Rev. R. W. Todd, pastor, are approaching completion. The church will be very much improved, a fine pipe organ will occupy the gallery, and the pastor and the people expect *times of refreshing." '
