Mark A. Smith on July 26th, 2025:
Richard Lansing's "Organs and Organists of St. Luke's Church" states that in 1870: "Third organ replaces Appleton & Warren (builder unknown)." And in 1879: "Third organ renovated". And in 1916: "Organ rebuilt and relocated to chancel with choir stalls". This third organ was ultimately replaced by Skinner Organ Co. Opus 517 in 1925.

This entry represents chimes and tonal additions to the existing 1850 Appleton & Warren organ. Identified through online information from Mark A. Smith (June 30, 2025): According to Richard Lansing's *Organs and Organists at St. Luke's Church*, St. Luke's Lifeline of April 1987, "the Appleton & Warren was renovated in 1867, at which time a 'chime of bells' and several ranks were added."
